Through clairvoyant readings of your energy in present-time, I will give you communication that will help you deepen your connection with who you are as a spirit. The goal of this communication is to help you to heal your body, mind and spirit through the acknowledgment of energies, obstacles and limits that are in the way of you being able to walk (and enjoy!) your path.

As a spiritual counsellor, I will also provide guidance, through this communication, on how to navigate whatever it is that you’re dealing with.

My greatest wish for you is that you are able to connect with your innate healing ability, and what you want to create for yourself in this lifetime. I want to help you to discover and clear old patterns and beliefs that are not yours, that were created out of survival in this and past lifetimes, and help you to clear where these limitations have prevented you from being able to walk your path freely and for yourself.

This type of session may also include therapeutic imagery & dialogue, shadow work, somatic healing, and may involve collaboration with your inner child.
